It’s all about you.
What are your dreams?
What solutions do you perceive?
What can be accomplished?
What can you create?
Whatever that might be; we want to be a part of it!
We all have dreams, ideas, and creative solutions. Often times, we can never find the support we need to turn our creativity into reality. We lack some significant pieces to the puzzle, without them, we just move our creativity to the “never-mind” pile. We fail to participate in the creative process, denying both ourselves and the world of our self-actualization and our unique participation.
One alternative, to the squandering of human potential, presents itself when we dare to consider the possibility that the advancement of the one can simultaneously advance the interests of the many. Enlightened Self Interest, squarely founded upon mutual cooperation and service to others, tends to be reciprocated and beneficial to all in the long run. We serve our own interests by considering and serving the interests of others.
Masqrray puts these principles into practice by forging relationships founded in commerce. When it comes to our views, we are indeed in good company!
A History Of Good Company
“There is a place that you are to fill and no one else can fill, something you are to do, which no one else can do.” – Plato, 427-347 B.C.
“You have been given your own work to do. Get to it right now, do your best at it, and dont be concerned with who is watching you.” – Epictetus, 55-135 A.D.
“It is as impossible for a society to be formed and be durable without self-interest as it would be to produce children without carnal desire or to think of eating without appetite…It is love of self that encourages love of others, it is through our mutual needs that we are useful to the human race. That is the foundation of all commerce, the eternal link between men. Without it not a single art would have been invented, no society of ten people formed.” – Voltaire, 1694-1778 A.D.
